Track 01
Consulting for operating clarity, capital rhythm, and continuity—plus the capital hub for insurance architecture and debt readiness when that is the front door.
Track 02
Kinaura is the relationship surface—compatibility, co-regulation, and communication patterns built for real couples and real life.
I build operating systems. For businesses: operations, capital, continuity. For people: Kinaura—relationships, regulation, and communication patterns you can actually use day to day.
Most problems are systems problems—either inside the business, or inside the person running it. My job is to make the next step obvious, then help you install it in the right order.
Three generations of putting clients first. My grandfather helped families with insurance after World War II. My father spent his career at Metropolitan Life—I watched what it means to stay with people for years, not months. Big plans are really a series of small decisions: get the facts, decide, repeat—aligned with what you care about.
I started in sales, then moved into operations and tech, then started and ran my own companies. What stayed the same: tell the truth, make the complex simple enough to act on, and only promise what you can deliver. Busy owners don’t need more buzzwords—they need someone who can sort the mess and point to the next step.
If you run a company or invest in one, you’re juggling a lot at once. The problems show up when nobody has answered the hard questions: What if you get hurt? What if a partner leaves? Where is the cash actually going? I help you see those gaps clearly, then help you fix them in the right order—operations, money, insurance—so the business matches real life.
That’s what Partnership, Business Operations, capital & risk planning, and business continuity are for: less chaos, fewer surprises, and a plan you can stick to.
Growth gets cleaner when the operating plan, capital plan, and continuity plan are built to support each other.

Software, automation, and AI can help clean data, summarize calls, draft SOPs, and move work faster.
But they cannot walk into a messy owner-led business and know what actually needs to change first.
That is where I come in.
I help owners look across people, process, tools, capital, risk, and revenue to decide what should be automated, documented, delegated, hired for, protected, or rebuilt.
