Soko Healthcare: Website, Intake & Speed-to-Lead System

The problem

Soko Healthcare places nurses directly with South Florida facilities, and every candidate is screened by a working RN. The firm had a live site but no system behind it: no way to catch a half-finished inquiry, no alert when a facility reached out, no CRM, and copy that talked about temporary staffing when the model is direct hire only.

The goal is the smallest system that takes a facility from “found the site” to “signed agreement,” and a nurse from “saw a job” to “placed.”

What we’re building

• A new home on Cloudflare Pages. The site moves off its original builder and deploys from Git, without touching the firm’s email.
• Direct-hire copy. Every page is rewritten to lead with the facility’s problem, and the temporary-staffing language comes out.
• Two intake paths. A three-step facility form that saves the lead after step one, so a half-finished inquiry still gets a call, and a three-step nurse form with résumé upload. Each path ends on its own thank-you page with a way to book a call.
• Speed to lead. A new facility inquiry texts and emails the founder, and sends the facility a booking link, within 60 seconds. A partial form gets a follow-up within the hour, and anything untouched after a day escalates.
• A recruiting CRM design: facilities, contacts, nurses, job orders, and opportunities, with a simple lead score that flags the hot facility inquiries.
• Measurement. GA4 events for every step of both forms plus phone and booking clicks, Search Console, and call tracking. Business texting gets carrier registration before the first message goes out.

How it works

The site is built for search engines and AI assistants from the start: Organization, Person, Service, FAQ, and breadcrumb structured data, an llms.txt file, and robots rules that welcome AI crawlers. Every month we check whether Soko shows up when someone asks ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, or Google how to hire a nurse in Broward County.

The rollout is phased: Broward first, then Miami-Dade, then Palm Beach. City and specialty pages get added after the first placements prove the model.

Stack

Cloudflare Pages, GA4, Google Search Console, Schema.org structured data, llms.txt. The CRM and texting tools are being selected.

Where it stands

The specs, the operating plan, and the market research were finished in September 2026. The migration and the forms are in build now.
