If you came from my posts—here's where we start.
One call to get clarity on your next move: Operations, Capital & Risk, or Partnership.
You're in the right place.
Step 1: 10-min Triage → Step 2: Paid Diagnostic → Step 3: Implementation.
Book Strategy Triage (10 min)Most founders are either scaling execution or protecting capital—and the other is burning in the background. You don't need more options. You need one clear next step: a path that fits your situation and a person who can map it with you.
Why founders listen to me
Founders come here when they're ready to stop guessing and get a path.
Client-reported outcomes; varies by baseline and scope.
Why I do this
The story behind the path
My grandfather was a WWII frogman who came home and built security for families through insurance. My father was a top producer at Metropolitan Life—he taught me what it means to be there for people when they need you. I didn't plan to follow their path. I built my career in operations, tech, and financing. But a pivotal conversation with an exposed business owner—the sole operator, no backup, no plan—changed that. I saw the panic that comes from lack of planning. I knew this was where I had to step in.
I only work with founders, business owners, and investors in the advanced markets. I'm not selling hope. I'm closing the gap for people who don't have the information—giving them optionality, stability, and a real map. Insurance isn't the goal. It's the skeleton. The rest is architecture: tax, legacy, retention, growth. I'm not just giving you products. I'm giving you leverage.
Choose your lane
Your situation usually points to one of three lanes. Pick the one that's most urgent—we'll confirm the fit in triage. All three lead to the same next step: Strategy Triage (10 min).
Operations
Scale execution: CRM + automation architecture so reps sell instead of click.
Capital & Risk
Protect the engine: exposure map, retain vs transfer, insurance architecture.
Partnership
Operator with skin-in-the-game for $2M–$15M founders.
What happens in Strategy Triage?
No pitch. No deck. Just 10 minutes to map where you're stuck and what to do next.
- Context fast: goals, constraint, biggest blocker.
- Path: recommend Ops, Capital & Risk, or Partnership—no fluff.
- Decision: whether a paid Diagnostic is the right next step.
10 minutes. No deck. Clear next step.
The paid wedges
After triage, the next step is usually one of these. Paid diagnostics give you a clear map before we build anything.

I don't sell. I consult. I diagnose. I build. I built this path because founders don't need another advisor—they need someone who ships. My zone is turning chaos into structure and making systems that stick; I aim for what I call structure meets warmth: clear architecture and human adoption together.
- • Builder's bias: ship a minimum viable system, then layer controls.
- • KPI integrity: stage-exit gates, loss taxonomy, speed-to-lead timers.
- • Risk architecture: insurance when it improves expected value.
- • "Structure meets warmth": systems + human adoption.
- • RevOps for VC-backed orgs; licensed broker (NY/FL/TX/IL).

Common questions
What if I don't know what I need?
That's what Strategy Triage (10 min) is for. We'll triage your situation and recommend a path—Ops, Capital & Risk, or Partnership. If I can't help, I'll point you to someone who can.
Do you work with early-stage companies?
Yes. For pre-revenue or early-seed, specific work packages or Strategy Triage (10 min) are usually the best fit. Full Partnerships are for $2M+ revenue.
Is this consulting or implementation?
Both; I lean on implementation. I don't just leave you with a slide deck—I build the systems, write the playbooks, and install the software.
What do you need from me before triage?
Nothing formal. Come with your biggest constraint or goal. We'll use the 10 minutes to get context and decide the next step.
Remote or onsite?
Default is remote-first. On-site sprints are optional for workshops or intensive diagnostics.
How quickly can we start after triage?
Depends on the path. Paid diagnostics can usually start within 1–2 weeks; implementation follows the diagnostic.
Is this confidential?
Yes. We don't share your situation or data. Client work is confidential.
Why this path exists
What founders tell me about capital
Most founders know how to sell. They don't know what to do with the money as revenue grows. Revenue solves growth. Architecture solves survival. The businesses that last aren't the ones with the most revenue—they're the ones with the clearest capital architecture. Map it before you scale it.
If that's the conversation you've been avoiding, Strategy Triage is where we start. No commitment beyond 10 minutes. We'll figure out whether Operations, Capital & Risk, or Partnership is the right lane—and what to do next.
