What is PRISM?
PRISM Dynamics extends Jungian and other personality frameworks: you get a core Prism Profile plus variables—information elements, dimensionality of cognitive functions, type/Model A, and trait layers. Supply–demand and relational fit are part of it; so are states (Flow / Performative / Stress) and how you match up in teams or dyadic pairs. The system is psychometrically tracked and metricized: scores and dimensions you can measure over time, not a one-off label.
