A Private-Chef Practice, Systematized

The problem

Serving ultra-high-net-worth clients takes perfection in the kitchen, which leaves little time for operations, marketing, or business structure. The practice ran on one revenue stream and one person, with no funnel to find or filter new clients.

What I built

As lead consultant across technology, operations, and growth:

• A rebuilt web presence that matches what a premium audience expects, on a modern backend.
• Multi-step pre-qualification funnels that filter high-value inquiries automatically, so the chef’s time goes to the right conversations.
• Client acquisition channels that bring in new clients without constant manual outreach.
• Leaner operations with less administrative drag, so more time goes to the food.
• The structure to expand, set up with the right advisors, so new service lines could grow safely.
• New revenue channels beyond direct private-chef services, so the business no longer rests on a single point of failure.

How it works

Every inquiry runs through a multi-step form that screens for fit before anyone gets on a call. Qualified inquiries reach the chef with the details needed to respond well. The rest still get a useful answer, without costing the chef an evening.

The site runs on a React front end with a Supabase backend and edge functions for the form handling and notifications.

Where it stands
