Find My Biggest Leak

OpsPal

Custom CRM, CPQ & Quote-to-Cash Platform

The CRM OpsPal runs on: accounts, leads, and deals with scoring, a pricing book and quote builder, agreements with e-signature, payment links, commissions, and finance dashboards.

The problem

Off-the-shelf CRMs could hold contacts and deals, but not the way OpsPal actually sells: fixed-scope packages built from reusable line items, quotes that become agreements, milestone payments across more than one payment method, and commissions that have to reconcile to real payouts.

What I built

  • CRM: accounts, people, leads, and deals, with lead scoring gated by business line, fast ranked search in every lookup field, saved views, and a deal pipeline that requires a close reason.
  • CPQ: a pricing book of reusable line items with options and tiers, packages and retainers, and a quote builder that never discounts the QA line.
  • Quote to cash: client-facing quotes, statements of work and agreements with e-signature, milestone payment schedules, and Stripe invoice and payment links.
  • Money that reconciles: one payment ledger across card and wire, commissions derived from actual payouts, and receivables, P&L, and cash-flow dashboards that all read from that ledger.
  • Access control: owner, staff, and contractor roles, enforced by row-level security in the database.

How it works

Every screen reads from Postgres through row-level security, so a contractor sees their own deals and nothing else. Money is never entered twice. Payments settle once against the ledger, and every dashboard, commission, and receivable reads from it.

Stack

Astro on Cloudflare Pages, Supabase (Postgres, row-level security, database functions), Stripe.

Where it stands

Live and in daily use. It runs OpsPal’s pipeline, quoting, agreements, and billing.
