Advisory & Coaching Funnel Web App

The problem

The brand sold advisory and coaching through conversations, but the website was a brochure. An interested visitor had to find a contact form, wait for a reply, and then go back and forth to schedule a call. Every step between interest and a booked call lost people.

What I built

• Booking inside the funnel. Scheduling is embedded, so a visitor goes from reading to a booked call without leaving the site.
• Lead capture and a waitlist for offers that were not open yet, so early interest is kept instead of lost.
• Automated notifications. Bookings and contact forms trigger alerts through webhooks and serverless functions.
• A clean codebase with a repository pattern and cached queries, so the next developer can extend it without untangling it first.

How it works

Booking webhooks and form submissions land in a Supabase database, and serverless functions send the notifications. The front end is a React app built with Vite and styled with shadcn/ui and Tailwind.

Putting the calendar in the funnel matters more than any copy change. The fewer steps between “this is for me” and a time on the calendar, the more of the interest you actually get to talk to.
